On y reconnaÃ®t lâ€™Ã©criture de M. Boyer dans les avancÃ©es encadrant lâ€™arc de la loggia en plein cintre regroupant quatre baies sur deux Ã©tages. Au-dessus, au troisiÃ¨me Ã©tage, une pergola de bois accordÃ©e aux toits de tuiles vertes, esquisse une image dâ€™architecture traditionnelle, alors que lâ€™ensemble du dÃ©cor de la faÃ§ade sâ€™apparente Ã  lâ€™Art-nouveau. &#13;

Le nom de lâ€™hÃ´tel en relief sâ€™inscrit dans lâ€™arc central sur un fond de mosaÃ¯que de grÃ¨s bleu, et une frise de pierre sculptÃ©e souligne les fenÃªtres de part et dâ€™autre de la pergola. &#13;
&#13;
Lâ€™hÃ´tel "rÃ©novÃ©" il y a quatre ans a Ã©tÃ© surÃ©levÃ© de deux Ã©tages, et un dÃ©cor de fausses pierres recouvre le rez-de-chaussÃ©e. &#13;

En 1922, alors que sâ€™Ã©difient plusieurs grands hÃ´tels dans le centre, Marius Boyer construit lâ€™Atlas HÃ´tel, boulevard de Khouribga, de 180 chambres, dâ€™architecture nÃ©o-classique, transformÃ© en appartements.</text>
