La barre principale sâ€™intÃ¨gre perpendiculairement aux courbes de niveau en libÃ©rant le champ visuel, Ã©vitant ainsi dâ€™obstruer le paysage urbain. Largement mÃ©diatisÃ© au moment de sa rÃ©alisation, cet Ã©difice constitue rapidement un rÃ©fÃ©rent dans la diffusion du langage typologique moderne Ã  Alger.</text>
