Alliant langage classique et utilisation rationnelle des matÃ©riaux, Guiauchain intÃ¨gre savamment le bÃ¢timent dans le site, ce qui inaugure une Ã¨re nouvelle dans la construction des immeubles de bureaux de grande hauteur. La barre principale sâ€™intÃ¨gre perpendiculairement aux courbes de niveau en libÃ©rant le champ visuel, Ã©vitant ainsi dâ€™obstruer le paysage urbain. Largement mÃ©diatisÃ© au moment de sa rÃ©alisation, cet Ã©difice constitue rapidement un rÃ©fÃ©rent dans la diffusion du langage typologique moderne Ã  Alger.</text>
