La citÃ© est structurÃ©e par des coursives qui distribuent des logements couverts de voÃ»tes de terre cuite apparente. Chacun occupe une surface minimale de 16 m2 et est dotÃ© dâ€™une loggia de 4 m2. Aujourdâ€™hui, la citÃ© offre lâ€™image dÃ©solante dâ€™un bidonville.</text>
